1. CUSTOMER SERVICE
a.We agree to respond to any buyer who has ordered an item through our site within a 24 hour period to answer any questions or concerns.
2. TERMS OF SALE
a. Buyers are granted unconditional right to return any item(s) purchased, with no explanation required, within a 7 (seven) day period following delivery of the purchased item(s).
b. Refunds due will be paid within a 7 (seven) day period following the return of the item(s) in question and that the amount refunded include any taxes, shipping & handling and any other charges that have been debited but that any amount refunded not include the charge for shipping the item back from the Buyer to the seller unless the item was received by the Buyer damaged or the image and description on your website did not accurately represent the item received.
c. Work that has been commissioned by the buyer can be non-refundable.
d. Prints purchased through the Prints-on-demand program should be non-refundable unless the print does not accurately reflect the image shown on the member website. (The prints-on-demand feature is not yet available).
3. SHIPPING
We agree to ship all articles that are sold within a seven day period once purchase has been cleared or, if the item is a made-to -order piece, then within a set period of time agreed to between us and the Buyer. We agree to ship only with a carrier such as FedEx, UPS, USPS or DHL which will create a unique tracking number for each shipment.
4. Shipping Prices/ Sales Tax
All items purchased include sales tax but not Shipping Prices.
Fixed shipping prices will be added and based on size of Artwork
size 16x12 Painitings = $35.00
Sizes 17"- 35" (H or W) = $49.00
Sizes 36" or bigger (H or W) = $69.00
